TRANSITIONAL, REPEAL AND COMMENCEMENT
Transitional
Any Table Officer, Executive Committee member, Council member, or member of a standing or special committee who was appointed or elected under the previous Branch by-law shall remain in office until their term expires under that by-law or until they are appointed, elected, or replaced under this by-law.
Repeal
The Branch by-law, as amended in September 2011, is repealed.
Commencement
This by-law comes into force on February 8, 2019.
