The Nominating Committee for the 2018-2019 Executive and Members of Council was comprised of Scott Britain, Immediate Past-President of the Branch, Justin Wies, representative - Young Lawyers Conference for the Branch, and John Logan, Q.C., Chair - Governance Committee.
To date, the Nominating Committee has received expressions of interest from the following members for the position of Treasurer:

Call for Additional Nominations:
A nomination may be made by a member of the Branch if consented to in writing by the nominated member and recommended in writing by at least two other members of the Branch.
Additional nominations for the position of Treasurer must be submitted in writing to Denise Cameron, Executive Director, by email at denise.cameron@cbanb.com or by mail at 422 York Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick, E3B 3P7. Nominations must be received not later than April 27, 2018.
Recommendation of the Nominating Committee:
Unless additional nominations are submitted in the manner set out above, the Nominating Committee recommends an Election for the position of Treasurer (2018-2019) be conducted in accordance with the applicable paragraphs of the By Laws of the New Brunswick Branch of the Canadian Bar Association wherein the Executive Director shall cause the election ballot to contain the names of Jason Alcorn and Lauren Cicin as candidates for the position of Treasurer.
