Fredericton — Justin Robichaud from Fidelis Law in Moncton won the election for incoming Treasurer of the Canadian Bar Association of New Brunswick. This position is the first step on the ladder to the presidency, a post he will assume in September 2018.
CBA Past President Deloras O’Neil made the announcement on May 31 following the election.
"Congratulations to Justin on his successful campaign,” she said. "I'd like to thank him for his dedication to our Association and I look forward to working with him."
The CBA is dedicated to support for the rule of law, and improvement in the law, and the administration of justice. Members include over 1500 lawyers, law teachers, and law students from across New Brunswick.
