Biography
Graham is a tax and corporate lawyer at Stewart McKelvey in Saint John, New Brunswick. Prior to this, he clerked for the Judges of the Tax Court of Canada in Ottawa, Ontario.
Graham has established a practice that straddles both tax and corporate law. He regularly advises clients organizing or reorganizing their corporate structure, provides transactional advice, and represents clients in tax disputes before the CRA Appeals Branch, the Department of Justice, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, and provincial equivalent authorities and Courts.
Graham is currently enrolled in the CPA In-Depth Tax Program.
Graham attended Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Ontario, where he received the Martin J. Rochwerg Prize in Tax, Estates and Trust Law, the Stewart Saxe Memorial Prize in Labour & Employment Law, and the Osgoode Hall Centennial Award for an Outstanding Student from the Maritime Provinces.
Graham holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, where he graduated ranked second overall (First Class Honours / summa cum laude).
In his spare time, Graham enjoys following the news and sports and spends as much time as he can outdoors with his family and friends.
