Biography
Daniel has represented employers, unions, and employees in non-unionized and unionized workplaces, and has experience in collective agreement matters, employment issues, constitutional and administrative law, and complex human rights issues. He has practised labour and employment law in many settings, including in private practice for both employers and employees, and as in-house counsel to a large union local. Daniel studied law at McGill University, was a clerk at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has taught the Labour Law course at Dalhousie University. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Bar and the New Brunswick Bar.
